National Rural Transit Assistance Program (National RTAP) Web-Based Procurement
Application
Mission Statement
To provide a web-based application that streamlines the many components associated
with a federally funded procurement. It is designed to give tribes, non-profits,
municipalities and transportation agencies information and best practices regarding
federal procurement requirements and processes when utilizing federal funds. If
followed as it is intended to be used it could offer a foundation capable of providing
more favorable federal reviews in the future.
This web-based application is designed to provide municipalities and transportation
agencies with information and best practices regarding federal procurement requirements
and processes when utilizing federal funds. It was designed in consultation with
public transportation agencies, state departments of transportations, and the Federal
Transit Administration.
