National Rural Transit Assistance Program (National RTAP) Web-Based Procurement Application

Mission Statement
To provide a web-based application that streamlines the many components associated with a federally funded procurement. It is designed to give tribes, non-profits, municipalities and transportation agencies information and best practices regarding federal procurement requirements and processes when utilizing federal funds. If followed as it is intended to be used it could offer a foundation capable of providing more favorable federal reviews in the future.

It was designed in consultation with public transportation agencies, state departments of transportations, and the Federal Transit Administration.
